I have used my parents membership to get here today. I think they have been a member for about six years and they got to sign up for Karma membership on their first trip to Bali. They really loved the idea of travelling around the world and they really love that their family could benefit from it as well, so they signed up and I've been used it a few times in, so it has been really good! The first time, it was in Germany in 2011, that was amazing and I used it again and I came to Sanur in 2013 and then again now. I really love the resorts, its personalized services, the staffs just generally care about the guest and their experiences! I've met somebody who was working here three years ago when I first came to Sanur, she actually remember my face and she came up and said "Stephanie, how are you!"
